Terms & Conditions

1. Travel time for all Furry Fotos® Sessions is included for the first hour from Burlington, KY (41005).
Each additional 30 minutes will be $50.   All times are based on travel times from GoogleMaps.

2. Cancellation Policy: Customer may cancel 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment by notifying Shively Photography & Design with no additional charge. If no notification is provided and the photographer arrives at the scheduled appointment and is prevented from completing the job due the client not ready for the shoot, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.

3. Inclement Weather Policy: If inclement weather prevents the shoot, Shively Photography & Design
will reschedule the shoot with no cancellation fees.

4. All images captured during the photo session and bought as prints or in books are copyrighted by
Shively Photography & Design LLC. We reserve the right to use the images in our advertising
and display on our website and studio.

5. We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Credit Cards & PayPal Payments.

6. All orders are subject to Kentucky Sales Tax of 6%.
