Hit statistic reports show not only where virtual tour views are coming from but they also display which scenes from within the 360 tours are being viewed the most. The new hit reporting system also allows us to automatically send out weekly virtual tour reports to any email address! These weekly hit reports will keep everyone involved up to date and able to monitor where marketing dollars and efforts pay off the most. Basic Virtual Tour Marketing

Virtual tour syndication just makes sense. You know that when you generate more exposure for your listings, they are likely to sell quicker and at a higher dollar value. Who has the time to re-enter a single real estate listing into hundreds of syndication and distribution systems? Most people do not and that is why Shively Photography & Design has direct access to the PicturePath™ distribution portal through Realtor.com and Move.com (formerly Homestore Inc.) we are authorized to feed ANY real estate virtual tour with a valid MLS number to the websites listed below free of charge as longs as the listing agent is a showcase member of Move.com/Realtor.com.

Move.com applies a charge for each real estate virtual tour sent from us to these sites if the Realtor is a non-showcase member. The fee is waived if the Realtor is a showcase member with Move.com. If you are not a showcase member and would like your virtual tour sent to Realtor.com there is an additional fee  at the time of your tour order and your tour will instantly be send to Realtor.com and 90 other websites upon upload!! Yes your tour will also be distributed to over 90 national real estate portal sites using Realtor.com Internet Broadcasting. 

Deluxe Virtual Tour Marketing

In addition to submiting your Virtual Tour to Realtor.com we will create a dedicated, search-optimized landing page that will give you essentially several classified ads when you use our Deluxe Virtual Tour Marketing. We build your ad with your 360 Virtual Tour attached, and it is
submitted to several classifieds search engines to maximize your reach across the web.  Your tour will be uploaded to Realtor.com along with Backpage, ByOwnerMLS**, DotHomes, Enormo, FrontDoor, Google Base, HotPads, Local.com*, Lycos*, Oodle, Trulia***, Vast, and Zillow***.  If you are a Showcase member of Realtor.com you will have a credit towards this service

Our tour discs are available in business card size only so you can use them as handouts at an open house or mail out to potential buyers.

 For each tour we can create a flyer with the pictures from the tour including the full 360 Panorama along with all the detailed information about your listing.  The flyers are not just for a bin on your sign in the yard.  It will be uploaded attached to your 360 Virtual Tour making it available for printing to everyone who views the tour online! From there you simply download, print and distribute. Let us do your back office work while you list and sell.
Twilight / Night Time Image

Night, twilight and sunset photographs really make a listing stand apart from others on the market. When the deck and porch lights are lit, homes have that warm and inviting glow about them. If your listing or home has been on the market for awhile and needs to be updated purchase a Green-up and we'll return to the home when conditions are perfect to re-shoot your outside and or out-dated shots.  This is perfect for Virtual Tours that were created in the winter or if you or your client has recently finished upgrading the landscaping or a remodeling project.  Includes panorama or detail image for one room or the exterior of the home.
